Emmanuel Abbé

Emmanuel Abbé is a Full Professor at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), holding the Chair of Mathematical Data Science jointly under the School of Basic Sciences (SB) and School of Computer and Communication Sciences (IC). His research focuses on the mathematical foundations of data science, combining probability, statistics, and discrete mathematics to advance machine learning and information theory.
