Dr. Emma O'Dwyer is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich's School of Human Sciences, specializing in political psychology and social change processes. Her research examines how individuals understand and respond to political issues including foreign policy, military intervention, and citizenship practices.
She investigates psychological mechanisms underlying political participation, intergroup conflict, and collective action, with methodological expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods approaches. O'Dwyer teaches social psychology and research methods at undergraduate/postgraduate levels and supervises doctoral projects in social and political psychology.
