Emma GUILLORET

Emma GUILLORET is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Rennes, affiliated with the Doctoral Network of Public Health and the French School of Public Health (EHESP). Her work focuses on the legal protection of families affected by offenses such as domestic violence, incest, homicide, school bullying, and workplace bullying, with a multidisciplinary approach intersecting health law, public policy, and criminology.

• Education includes a Master 2 in Public Health Criminology (2023, With Honors), Master 1 in Public Health SSM Criminology (2022, Mention Bien), and a Licence in Law (2018-2021).

Her research examines the health, social, and legal impacts of offenses on family units, including analyses of educational assistance procedures and criminal justice responses to minors who report sexual assault. She also investigates criminal liability linked to psychoactive substances and violence continuum in incarcerated women.
