Emily Phillips

Emily Phillips is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Richmond Business School, part of Richmond American University in London. She holds an MBA (Distinction) from the same institution, an MFA in Acting and Directing from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and a BA Hons in Musical Theatre from West Texas A&M University.

Her research focuses on the intersection of business and the entertainment industry, particularly theatre production in the UK. She explores ESG investment dynamics in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) sector, as evidenced by recent publications in the European Journal of Sustainable Development.
