Dr. Emily (Yueng-hsiang) Huang is a Professor at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences, where she leads the Safety Climate Lab. Her work focuses on improving organizational safety, health, and well-being through interdisciplinary research and consulting. She has extended the safety climate construct to diverse industries, emphasizing its role as a leading indicator of workplace safety outcomes.
