Emily Conover is a Professor of Economics and Chair of the Economics Department at Hamilton College. She specializes in development and labor economics, with a focus on applied microeconomic issues in developing countries.

Her recent publications examine topics such as the impact of traffic cameras on police behavior in India, the effects of declining Mexican migration on labor markets, and gender imbalances in developing economies.
