Emily Clark is a full-time Lecturer at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University (RGU), where she has taught since 2021. She delivers financial and management accounting content to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Business Management and Accounting & Finance programs.
Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Middlesex University (2014-2016, part-time study). With over 20 years of industry experience in accounting and finance—including 10+ years in management roles across Ireland, Canada, and the UAE—she integrates practical expertise into her academic work.
Professional recognitions include:
- Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE, 2023)
- Certified Management Accountant (2018)
- Member of the Institute of Management Accountants (2018)
She serves as Module Co-ordinator for BS1004 Accounting for Business, BS1270 Management Accounting, BS2268 Personal and Business Finance, BS3009 Business Finance and Accounting, and BSM219 Finance and Accounting for Managers, while also tutoring undergraduate and postgraduate modules. No PhD supervision is currently offered.
