Emery D. Berger

Emery D. Berger is a Professor at the Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an Amazon Scholar at Amazon Web Services. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and has held visiting positions at Microsoft Research and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.

His research focuses on systems that improve reliability, security, and performance, with core interests in:
