Emeline Banzuzi

Emeline Banzuzi is a Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, contributing to the Helsinki Institute of Urban and Regional Studies (Urbaria) and the Doctoral Programme in Law. Her work intersects law, technology, and digitalization, focusing on fundamental rights, data protection, and non-discrimination within EU law and global smart city frameworks.
