Eluned Michael is a Lecturer in Initial Teacher Education at Queen Margaret University's Division of Psychology, Sociology and Education. With extensive teaching experience across primary/secondary levels internationally, she holds GTCS Professional Registration for Secondary Home Economics and an MSc in Gastronomy.
