Else Cathrine Lütcherath Rustad serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). Since joining HVL in 2009, she has held research and teaching roles, including deputy head of the Department of Health and Care Sciences and leadership of UHR, the National discipline body for nursing education and research. She earned a PhD in health services research in 2017.
