Elodie Frati is a Lecturer and Assistant Practice Educator at the UCO School of Osteopathy, part of the Health Sciences University. She specializes in osteopathy, exercise rehabilitation, and sports psychology. Originally from France, she transitioned from a career in contemporary dance and yoga teaching to osteopathy, graduating with distinction in 2022. Her clinical practice focuses on athletes and performers, including roles with the Lion King musical and London’s West End. She is pursuing an MSc in Health and Exercise Psychology (completion: 2026).
Areas of expertise include performing arts medicine, functional neurology, structural cranial approaches, and sport rehabilitation. She holds certifications in Vocal Massage, Elite Performance, and 3D Movement Analysis. Professional memberships include the General Osteopathic Council, British Association of Performing Arts Medicine, and International Association for Dance Medicine and Science.
Elodie teaches osteopathic techniques to part-time students and oversees the Exercise and Rehabilitation Lead program for the M.Ost course. Her clinical practice emphasizes holistic care for active populations, blending osteopathic principles with exercise psychology insights.
