Elmārs Rancāns

Elmārs Rancāns is a Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology at Rīga Stradiņš University. He actively leads and supervises research projects related to postpartum depression, depression epidemiology, schizophrenia outcomes, and non-invasive brain stimulation. His international collaborations span clinical psychiatry, public health, and mental health policy.
