Elmer Newness

Elmer Newness is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs at the University of Pikeville. He holds dual degrees in dentistry (D.D.S.) and business administration (M.B.A.), with a focus on clinical and academic leadership in dental education.

• Education: B.A. from University of Toledo, D.D.S. from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, and M.B.A. from University of Phoenix.
• Research Interests: Cariology, community-based dental programs, and practice management.
