Ellen Thompson

Dr. Ellen Thompson is a Professor of Linguistics at Florida International University (FIU), affiliated with the Department of English. Her research focuses on Syntactic Theory, Psycholinguistics, and Heritage Languages, emphasizing the use of under-studied languages to advance understanding of language processing and variation. She employs psycholinguistic methods to address theoretical linguistic questions.
