Dr. Ellen Meijer is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Utrecht University, affiliated with the Department of Population Health Sciences and the Animals in Science & Society research group. Her work focuses on animal health, welfare, behavior, cognition, and the neurobiology of farm animals. She teaches courses like Veterinary Professional Level 2 Major Research Project and is based at New Gildestein, Yalelaan 2, Utrecht.
