Ellen Høisæter

Ellen Høisæter is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages, University of Bergen. Her research focuses on Hispanic-American literature and Latin American cultural studies. She has contributed to interdisciplinary analyses of socio-cultural dynamics in the region.

Publications include a chapter in the anthology Sociedad y cultura en América Latina (2006), published by Vigmostad & Birch. This work examines themes in Hispanic-American literary production, highlighting intersections between culture and society.
