Ella Viitaniemi

Ella Viitaniemi is a researcher affiliated with the Department of History, Philosophy and Literary Studies at the University of Helsinki. Her work focuses on early modern Scandinavian history, particularly the intersection of religious institutions, political culture, and societal development in 17th-18th century Finland and the Swedish Realm.
