Ella Parry-Davies is a Lecturer in Theatre, Performance and Critical Theory at King's College London. Her research centers on migrant justice, gendered labor, and spatial politics, using collaborative performance methods to challenge inequalities in domestic work and trafficking.
She co-creates soundwalks with migrant domestic workers in the UK and Lebanon, documented in the forthcoming book Intimate Inequalities. Parry-Davies directs the Activist-in-Residence scheme linking academics with grassroots organizations and has led projects on survivor reintegration policies.
Awarded the PSi Dwight Conquergood Award and TaPRA prizes, she publishes on theatrical representations of migration and anti-racist methodologies. As a BBC New Generation Thinker, she produces media on disability justice and migration.
