Elke Schweers

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Elke Schweers is a Professor of Thermal Process Engineering at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. She holds a PhD (with distinction) from the University of Karlsruhe and has extensive industry experience, including roles as Manager R&D at Armstrong DLW AG and Production Manager at Cytec Surface Specialties. Her research focuses on renewable feedstocks, photocatalytic energy conversion, and carbon capture utilization. She has authored numerous publications and holds several patents in chemical processes and materials.
