Dr Elizabeth Williams is a part-time Researcher at Cardiff University's School of Mathematics, embedded within the Cardiff and Vale Health Board to improve healthcare service efficiency. With a PhD in Mathematics (Cardiff, 2023) and MMath (University of South Wales, 2019), she specializes in Operational Research applied to healthcare systems.
