Dr. Elizabeth Searing is an Associate Professor of Public and Nonprofit Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), holding the Venise Stuart Professorship in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. She also serves as an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University, Canada. Her research focuses on nonprofit financial management, social enterprise, and organizational resilience, with notable contributions to understanding revenue diversification, crisis management, and policy impacts on nonprofits.
Education: PhD in Public Policy (Georgia State University, 2015), MA in Economics (Georgia State, 2011), BA in Economics (Texas A&M, 1999).
