Elizabeth M. Clark

Elizabeth M. Clark is Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Senior Clinical Advisor at the Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing. She practices at Montefiore Medical Center with clinical focus on geriatrics and palliative care.

Research Interests: Her work centers on improving care for older adults through advance care planning documentation systems, electronic medical record innovations for geriatric/palliative consultations, and communications training for chronic disease management.

Educational Leadership: Develops clinical education programs on prognostication, dementia management, and ethics. Teaches in medical school curricula and conducts noon conferences for multiple specialties including nephrology and neurology.
