Elizabeth Long Lingo is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies and Creative Leadership at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She holds a Joint PhD in Organizational Behavior and Sociology from Harvard University, with a focus on creativity, leadership, and organizational dynamics.
