Elizabeth Long Lingo

Elizabeth Long Lingo is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies and Creative Leadership at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She holds a Joint PhD in Organizational Behavior and Sociology from Harvard University, with a focus on creativity, leadership, and organizational dynamics. Her research explores how leaders navigate interdisciplinary and cross-cultural networks to drive innovation and sustainable change. She has co-led National Science Foundation (NSF) ADVANCE grants addressing gender equity in STEM and IT fields.
