Elizabeth Kiss is a Professor and Interim School Director in the Department of Personal Financial Planning at Kansas State University's College of Health and Human Sciences. As an applied economist and Extension Specialist, she develops statewide educational programs focused on family decision-making, resource management, and personal finance.

- Ph.D. in Human Resources and Family Studies, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
- M.S. in Human Resources and Family Studies, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
- B.S. in Foods in Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
- B.S. in History with minor in German, Iowa State University
Her research addresses financial well-being across life stages, sustainable food systems, and climate change impacts on families. She connects Kansas Extension agents with research, educational tools, and national networks.
