Elizabeth Collier is an Adjunct Instructor of Management at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and holds the Christopher Chair in Business Ethics at the Brennan School of Business, Dominican University. She is deeply engaged in the integration of ethics, sustainability, and Ignatian values in business education.
Her educational background includes a PhD in Theological Ethics from Loyola University Chicago, an MS in Theological Studies from Weston Jesuit School of Theology (now Boston College STM), and a BA in Spanish and Biology from Creighton University—all Jesuit institutions. She also served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Houston, TX.
Her research focuses on business ethics, ethical pedagogy, the ethics of global migration, and the integration of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into business curricula. She is particularly committed to responsible management education and the moral dimensions of economic systems.
Elizabeth is the Chapter Chair for the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) North America, where she leads governance development and facilitates research and pedagogical engagement. She represents North America at the PRME Secretariat and contributes to global initiative development.
