Elizabeth Brixey is a Professor at the Missouri School of Journalism and city editor overseeing K-12 and youth coverage at the Columbia Missourian. She joined the faculty in 2003 and holds both bachelor's (1985) and master's (2013) degrees in journalism from the University of Missouri. Brixey coordinates the annual Atwater Writing Contest and is part of the Print and Digital News faculty group.
