Elizabeth A.M. Howard is a Full Professor of Library Science and Director of the Eunice and James L. West Library at Texas Wesleyan University. She oversees budgeting, staff management, collection development, and strategic planning to meet academic and research needs. Howard actively collaborates with university stakeholders and promotes library resources while representing the library at community, regional, and national levels. She is the President-Elect of the Texas Library Association for 2024-2025 and serves as a Rams First Mentor to students.
