Eliz Arter

Eliz Arter is a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the School of Health Services, Eastern Mediterranean University (TRNC-Famagusta). She holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Bath (2008), an MS in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Reading (2009), and a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Eastern Mediterranean University (2012-2014). Her research focuses on the protective effects of dietary polyphenols on colon cancer, as evidenced by her participation in relevant conferences and her ongoing PhD project (2017-2024).
