Dr. Elisabetta Adami is an Associate Professor in Multimodal Communication at the University of Leeds, affiliated with the School of Languages, Cultures and Societies. Her work focuses on social semiotic analysis of communication across modalities, including gestures, digital platforms, and intercultural interactions. She holds a PhD from the University of Verona and has held research and teaching roles at institutions including UCL and the University of Chieti-Pescara.
