Elisabeth Kals

Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Kals is a Professor of Social and Organizational Psychology at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, affiliated with the Faculty of Philosophy and Education. She has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice Chairwoman of the University Council (2023–2027), Deputy Ombudsperson (2023–2026), and former Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Education (2013–2015).
