Elisabete Pinto

Elisabete Pinto is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Biotechnology and a Researcher at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF). Her work focuses on nutraceuticals, functional foods, and food sustainability. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology and has authored over 96 publications.
