Elisa Bradley, MD, is an Associate Professor at Penn State College of Medicine with dual appointments in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Physiology and the Department of Medicine. She specializes in adult congenital heart disease (ACHD), pulmonary arterial hypertension, and cardio-obstetrics, serving as the medical director of the Penn State Health Adult Congenital Heart Disease program. Her work focuses on expanding care for adolescent and young adult ACHD patients.

Her recent publications highlight interdisciplinary connections between congenital heart defects, autoimmune responses, and long-term complications.
She contributes to clinical and translational research at the Penn State Heart and Vascular Institute, with a grant from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (2020–2024) on heart failure pathways. Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).
