Elina Maria Aaltio is a Research Fellow at the University of Helsinki's Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Social Work. With a PhD in Social Work (Yhteiskuntatieteiden tohtori), her research focuses on enhancing effectiveness in child and family social work through communication skill development and methodological validation.
