Elina Lampi is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Gothenburg's Department of Economics with Statistics. Her research focuses on environmental economics, behavioral economics, and health economics, particularly antibiotic resistance. She holds a PhD in Economics (2008) and an Assistant Professor (Docent) title (2014). Her work includes studies on stated preference methods, consumer behavior toward sustainable food, and cross-continental climate attitudes. She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to policy reports on environmental valuation and antibiotic use. Lampi has supervised multiple PhD students and teaches courses on environmental valuation and policy evaluation. She has served on doctoral exam committees and reviewed for journals like Ecological Economics and Journal of Environmental Economics and Management.
