Eli Puterman is an Associate Professor at the School of Kinesiology, University of British Columbia, specializing in health psychology, stress physiology, and physical activity interventions. His research explores how exercise impacts cellular aging, chronic stress, and psychological well-being, particularly in vulnerable populations such as veterans and healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
