Elga Turco is an Associate Professor in Criminal Procedural Law at the Department of Legal Sciences, University of Salento. She holds a PhD in 'Evolution of Legal Systems and New Rights' from the University of Lecce (2006). Her research focuses on juvenile justice, immigrants in criminal proceedings, and European/international criminal law frameworks. She has extensive teaching experience across multiple disciplines, including Juvenile Criminal Justice and Investigative Techniques.
