Elena Georgievna Potapchik

Elena Georgievna Potapchik is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Health Management and Economics, and a Leading Researcher at the Center for Health Policy at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). She has been working at HSE since 2009 and has 24 years of scientific and teaching experience in the field of health economics and healthcare management.
