Elena Farah

Dr. Elena Farah is a Teaching Professor at the Department of Management and Leadership within the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. With over two decades of interdisciplinary experience in academia, public finance, and nonprofit strategy, she specializes in international business, global management, public accountability, and policy design. Her career spans teaching roles in hybrid and online formats, and she previously taught at the University of Houston's Political Science Department and the University of Houston-Downtown's Nonprofit Management Master's Program.

Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and French, she also pursues art through a Certificate of Achievement at the Glassell School of Art, with oil paintings featured in Houston galleries.
