Dr. Elaine Ostry is an Associate Professor of English and Department Chair at SUNY Plattsburgh’s School of Arts & Sciences. Specializing in children's literature, Victorian fantasy, and Shakespearean studies, she explores how literature intersects with cultural and ethical frameworks.
