Professor Elaine Doyle is a faculty member in the Department of Accounting & Finance at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. Elaine Doyle’s research focuses on ethics in tax practice, voice/silence dynamics in professional settings, tax policy-making, and pedagogical innovation. She explores how taxation can drive behavioral change and contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education.
Recent publications highlight AI’s transformative impact on tax professions, employee voice mechanisms in Big 4 firms, and tax history. Her work spans journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Computers and Education, and Journal of International Accounting Auditing and Taxation.
