Prof. Efstratios Manousakis is a faculty member in the Department of Physics at Florida State University (FSU). His academic journey began with a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by postdoctoral research at MIT and the Supercomputer Computational Research Institute.
His research focuses on Condensed Matter Theory, particularly quantum many-body systems with strong electron correlations. Key areas include
