Eelke Folmer

Eelke Folmer is a Professor and Department Chair at the University of Nevada, Reno, leading the Human-Computer Interaction Lab. His research spans software engineering, accessibility, assistive technology, and virtual reality (VR), with a focus on solving VR locomotion challenges and mitigating motion sickness. Funded by the National Science Foundation, Microsoft, Google, Mozilla, and NIH, his work bridges technical innovation with practical applications for users with visual impairments.
