Edyta Szurowska

Edyta Szurowska is a Professor and Head of the 2nd Division of Radiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Medical University of Gdańsk. She specializes in radiology, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. Her research focuses on cancer imaging, cardiovascular imaging, neurovascular medicine, and diagnostic techniques such as MRI and tomography.

She leads or participates in multiple research teams at the Medical University of Gdańsk, including:

• Research Team IV: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data
• Research Team V: Cancer Imaging
• Research Team III: Cardiovascular Imaging and Three-Dimensional Printing
• Research Team IX: Neurovascular and Stroke Medicine
