Edward Yap is an Assistant Professor and Wellness Coordinator at the Department of Neurosurgery, UNC School of Medicine, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He joined the faculty in late 2019 after completing his neurosurgery residency at UNC.

- BOARD CERTIFICATIONS: Board Certified in Neurological Surgery (2022), CAST Certification in Endovascular Neurosurgery
Dr. Yap specializes in vascular and endovascular neurosurgery, with a focus on brain aneurysms, cerebrovascular disease, and skull-base pathologies. His research interests align with these clinical areas.
