Edward T. Hart serves as Assistant Dean for Law Library and Professor of Practice at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, a position he has held since joining the institution in 2013. He oversees all Law Library services and collections, including legal research instruction and technical operations.

Hart's research focuses on the intersection of law librarianship and digital transformation, with particular expertise in technical services infrastructure, collection development methodologies, and preservation of legal historical documents.
