Eduardo Rojas is a Lecturer in Historic Preservation at the University of Pennsylvania's Stuart Weitzman School of Design. An architect and urban planner, he holds degrees from Catholic University of Chile, University of Edinburgh, Johns Hopkins University, and Universidade Lusófona.
His research spans four key areas:
- Urban heritage preservation in the Americas
- Metropolitan governance models
- Low-income housing policy
- Subnational development planning
