Edmund Mohamed Mahbub Husain

Edmund Mohamed Mahbub Husain is a Senior Fellow at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service (SFS) - Center for Jewish Civilization (CJC). His academic work bridges Western philosophy and Islamic studies, with a focus on counter-terrorism and global religious dynamics. Previously, he served as a senior advisor to former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair (2015–2018) and held fellowships at leading think tanks like the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) during the Arab uprisings.
