Edip Niver is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NJIT, having joined the institution in 1982. His research spans antenna systems, waveguide technologies, and electromagnetic applications in communications and sensing. With degrees from Middle East Technical University (PhD 1979, MS 1973, BS 1970), his work bridges theoretical electromagnetics and practical RF engineering.
Recent publications focus on waveguide antenna systems, microwave beam launchers, and impedance matching techniques, with applications in telecommunications and RF systems. His laboratory develops advanced electromagnetic solutions for modern communication challenges.
