Ebru Harmandar

Dr. Ebru Harmandar is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. She holds a Doctorate in Earthquake Engineering from Boğaziçi University (2009) and has contributed extensively to earthquake hazard assessment, structural response analysis, and ground motion modeling. Her research focuses on seismic resilience, spatial coherency of ground motions, and infrastructure risk mitigation.
